Due to the astrophysical process known as the
precession of the equinoxes, the exact date of the equinoxes slowly moves backwards through the
zodiac. As the equinox enters a different sign it is considered a new "age." Because of the vast distances, there is no hard and fast date between the last and next age. Depending upon the
astrologer, the date of the beginning of the Aquarian Age ranges from between 1904 and 2680.
