Incense of the day: Nutmeg As we begin the month when the light of the Sun returns to the Northern Hemisphere, let us use this time to spread peace and love through the world. Decorate a white candle with evergreens. Carve symbols and words for peace and love into the side of the candle. Anoint the candle with gardenia or lavender oil, visualizing peace and love starting with you and spreading to others. As you light it, chant: May I find the peace and love that resides in me. May I feel the peace and love of nature and of the spirits. May I share peace and love with all. May I know peace and love everywhere I go. Then let the candle burn itself out. |
