Incense of the day: Patchouli Take a walk today to gain insight into any situation that concerns you. Find a natural place away from distraction where you will feel safe and can walk for at least thirty minutes. Stand with eyes closed for a moment, holding the situation or question in your mind. Then choose a direction, open your eyes, and begin to walk. As you walk, consider the images and symbols you see in the clouds, the trees, the stones, and more. What story do they tell about your question? If one tree, stone, cloud, or body of water calls to you, take the time to pick out a few images from that object and listen to their story. Open your mind and senses to the answers that are laid out before you. All you need to do is read the story. |
