Spell: Less Stress

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Aromatherapy calms the mind as well as the body when used to help reduce stress in our lives. I like to keep small Mason/jelly jars (fourounce size) around the house flavored with different scents.
I use a base mix of sea salt and Epson salt, adding my favorite essential oils. I prefer essential oils that are cold-pressed and pure, as I will be inhaling these vapors. Also, should I decide to use this as a scrub in the bath, these are not harmful to my skin. I like lavender, mint, clary sage, patchouli, citrus scents, and light floral for my mixes, but you know best your favorite scents and allergies. Add ten drops of oil to the top of the salt, then cover the jar and shake. Close up the jar when you leave the room. Add more oils when it gets weak. Experiment and make your own personal blends.
