Spell: Banish Holiday Weight Gain

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Today, reverse the trend of holiday weight gain. Draw a warm bath. Add:

One cup Epsom salt

1/2 cup sea salt

1/4 cup baking soda

The peels from one grapefruit, one orange, and one tangerine

Stir the water in a counterclockwise direction to dissolve the salt and release the citrus essence. Light a white candle. Stand over the water, and direct your palms toward it. Close your eyes and visualize very bright white light coming out through the palms of your hands. Say:

"Goddess Venus and Spirit of Air, I call on you! I call on your beauty, I call on your joy. May I walk with lightness and feel sustained by inspiration, nourishing breath, and healthy food choices. Please fill this water with positivity and peace. Thank you."

Bathe for at least forty minutes, making sure to drink plenty of fresh water before and after.
