All you need is a box of matches, a black pen, some water, and a container to put the spell in to freeze.

Hold the box of matches in your hands and think about the people spreading gossip, the rumors themselves, and how it makes you feel. Draw a big X on the inside of the box and say:

Not today, there is no way. I freeze this
from happening and all that you say!

Put the box of matches in the container, fill it with water, and freeze! Thaw it out once the threat has passed and throw away what remains of the matches.
