Summer days are beautiful, but they never last. Time keeps turning from summer to fall, and then back around to winter and spring. Practice having joy in the moment today. Find a quiet stream in a park and make nature boats. Large fallen leaves work well for this, as do pieces of bark. You can make rafts by tying twigs together too. Fill them with flowers, set them on the water, and watch them sail away. As you do, say this rhyme:

Set your cares upon the streams,
watch the flowers,
chase your dreams.
Life is silver water under you.
Make your boats and let them go.
See them follow the
current's flow,
just lean back and you can too.

Meditate on fleeting joys and the power of release.
