Clean the key with a soft cloth and a bit of silver polish. As you shine the key, enchant it by saying: "The more I know, the less I fear. Understanding is the key. I will unlock the secrets of this bothersome mystery." Tie a blue ribbon around the key, leaving a loop so that you can hang the key in a place you'll see every day. Research the subject that bothers you by going to the library or doing a search online. As you study, hold the key in your hand and picture it unlocking the truths about the subject.
