Instead of feeling frustrated, decide to channel this energy into your highest desires. When you next make love, put intention into your pleasure. One of the easiest ways to do this is to develop a simple sigil symbolizing your intention. Place the symbol on your altar, carve it into a candle of the appropriate color, or paint it on your body or on a poster to hang over your bed. Put it everywhere around you. Then make love, periodically concentrating on the symbol, and making sure to visualize it as you reach the climax of your passions. If you are celibate, you can do the same work, by breathing energy up through your chakras one at a time, starting with the root chakra. Take time to go through each chakra, slowly working your way up until you feel the energy in your root, belly, solar plexus, heart, throat, and third eye. Keep going until the energy goes out the crown of your head. Know that this is an advanced working, which takes a great deal of practice. Do only as much of this as you are comfortable with. At any time, you can stop and either send the energy out of your hands or back down into the earth. |
