Begin this ritual at noon during a waxing Moon. Place a pine cone on a square of white cotton cloth. Over the pine cone sprinkle a pinch each of cinnamon, nutmeg, and rosemary. Light an orange candle on your altar, and wrap the pine cone and herbs tightly in the cloth. Tie the bundle with orange ribbon or yarn, wrapping it around three times. As you wrap, say these, or similar, words:

With pine and herbs
My good health will stay.
Let no ailment come my way.

Snuff out the candle and leave your bundle alone for one hour. During this time prepare and take a hot and relaxing bath. After one hour, hide your secret bundle. Renew this spell at each New Moon by holding your magic bundle and speaking the same charm.
