True Blue Heart Spell

Self-doubt and second-guessing need to be banished so we can feel safe in revealing who we really are, remembering that these people should love us best. This little talisman will go with you anywhere for a little extra courage from the heart, just when you need it most. You'll need red and blue crayons or colored pencils and a standard piece of paper. Work by the light of red candles, and wear your favorite scent. In the middle of the paper draw a heart and color it with the red crayon. Fill in the rest of the page with the blue crayon. Put the drawing on a bulletin board, or fold and carry it with you. |
