Cleansing Ritual
Color of the day: Coral Incense of the day: Carnation Incense of the day: Carnation Spring is a good time to cleanse yourself of any excesses. This can include an excess of anything, like energy, drink, emotion, or exercise. A ritual bath can help us renew. First set the mood, using a few candles to light the room. Music can also set the tone; use classical to relax or pop ballads for romance. Fill the tub with warm to hot water and add two or three drops of cleansing oil to the bath. Try rosemary, juniper, and lavender. Step into the bath and relax. See all the impurities drain out of you. Sit for about ten to fifteen minutes. When you get out, drain the tub. At this point, you can dry off or take a quick cool shower to rinse off. |
