These things can include anything imaginable. Place them on your body in levels of importance or function. Place the things you love the most and experience strongly near your heart, head, and shoulders. Sexual pleasure should be place on your hips or thighs and types of food near your stomach. Position skills or abilities you love, as well as gifts or possessions, on the arms and hands, and assign activities and interests along the legs and feet. When you are finished, take a moment to recall all of the things that you truly love and let them fill the space all around you and within you. As you go through your day, talk about the things on your list with others and take this day to honestly express your love and passion for the things that matter most to you in life. |
