Spinning a pendulum clockwise in front of your chest, open your heart chakra. Feel the path of the pendulum draw out the light energy of your heart. As you do this, slowly chant ten times:

I rightfully open the core of my being to give and receive love, freely without cause or expectation.

When you feel full of energy, spin the pendulum counterclockwise and chant slowly ten times:

I seal love and light within me and all around me. So mote it be.
