Conquer Fear
Color of the day: Black Incense of the day: Geranium Incense of the day: Geranium Most of us have hidden fears or anxieties about something. This is a good day to begin overcoming any of these that have become a burden to you. Use a red candle and any stones of your choice. Write down your fears and worries on a small piece of paper and place it in the bottom of a candleholder. Place the candle on top of the paper and light the wick. Next, begin using the stones to build a circle around the candleholder. Imagine you are building a fortress of strength. As you put each stone in place, repeat the following: "Fear is crushed, fear is conquered." As the candle burns down, visualize it conquering the fears you addressed. Allow it to burn completely. Discard the wax and paper. |
