Binding Ribbons for Trust

Envision the plats of each braid as symbolic of the interlaced and supportive relationships you have in your life. When they are braided, tie the ends together with a thin lock of your hair bound by knots along a strip of green ribbon or string. For each knot, vocalize a strength or empowerment that the relationship has fortified. These grass hoops may be of any size or material and can help guide us in times of depression or trial. Hanging them in places where we retreat when we feel gloomy will produce the best results. Consensually binding the ribbon with the hair of friends and family will help to empower this spell with fidelity and genuine trust.
