Banish Fear

We all have fears of various types. Today, identify one or more of your fears that you wish to banish. It could be public speaking or fear of spiders-anything that bothers you. Use a red or white votive candle and find a clear quartz point. Using the crystal point, carve your fear into the candle-in symbol or words. Light the candle and place the crystal near it. Study the candle flame for a while and visualize your fear melting with the wax. When the candle is burned down, your fear will be diminished as well. After the candle burns down, keep the crystal with you if you like, or place it on your altar or other special place where you can see it often-it will serve as a reminder of your courage.
