POSTED UNDER Money, Water

A Spell for Strength and Courage

Color of the day:  Purple
Incense of the day:  Jasmine

On this day in 1773, the Boston Tea Party occurred. Tea is a symbol of courage and strength. To build up your courage, make a strong cup of Earl Grey tea. As you prepare the tea, make each action a mindful task. The bergamot in Earl Grey is an essential oil that draws money and strength. Open the package and sniff the tea, letting the aroma fill you. Fill a pot with cold water and bring it to a boil. Take your cup, add some hot water, swirl it around, then discard. Pour water over the tea, letting it steep for three minutes while meditating on your courage. Discard the bag. Hold the cup, letting the warmth fill you as you breathe in the aroma. Say:
Devas of tea, devas of tea bring your wisdom into me. As I drink this Earl Grey, bring your courage here to stay.
