Color of the day: Crimson Incense of the day: Nutmeg If your mind is overwhelmed or scattered, if you feel rushed or panicked, or if you need some instant grounding and centering, grab some rowan berries (Iprefer them either in a cup or threaded as a necklace), slip into meditation, and visualize your scattered energy returning to your body and mind. You may wish to create an accompanying chant to assist with the energy work, such as "Energy returning, mind lifted, emotions grounded," or something similar. If you create a chant, you may choose to either repeat it out loud or in your head while performing the visualization. |
