Color of the day: White Incense of the day: Ylang-ylang Begin by revisiting your resolutions. Write them out again on a piece of paper. Now get honest. After a month, do they still seem doable and desirable? What roadblocks have you encountered? How can you shift your behavior or thoughts to really make them stick? Or perhaps you've had success and would like to add a few new ones. Based on your new insights, revise and/or revamp your list. Fold the list three times, folding it toward yourself each time. Hold it between your two palms with your hands in prayer pose. Close your eyes, and visualize yourself triumphantly keeping your resolutions and living up to your highest ideals. Know in your heart that you can (and will!) it. Finally, place the folded list on your altar and set a pyrite on top of it. |
