Today is Flag Day and World Blood Donor Day; it would be patriotic to go and give blood.
Before you go, make sure you're in good health and dedicate your generous act to Jupiter-Lord of the Heavens. Consecrate incense made of dragonsblood, red rose, and juniper to him and burn it in your cauldron while asking him for a boost to your health-for your sake as well as for others.
In your left hand, hold a piece of bloodstone over the smoke and imagine the strength instilling its powers into the stone. Hold it in your left hand when you go to give blood, to keep your energy levels up. When you get home, burn a red candle anointed with rosemary oil and meditate on your blood rejuvenating itself.
Think about the life who will benefit and send out positive energy to that person-whoever it is.
