Unconditional Love and Compassion Spell

Today is the fourteenth Dalai Lama's birthday, and here is a meditation of unconditional love and compassion for yourself and others. It's the White Tara Long-life Meditation. You can burn a pink or white candle anointed with sandalwood oil; and burn incense made of rose, sandalwood, and jasmine.
Get in a comfortable position and imagine White Tara sitting in lotus position behind you, facing the same direction. See the white rays of long life and compassion pouring out of her, through you, and from you to your family, friends, acquaintances, and throughout all humanity and life forms. If you have a rosary or prayer beads, you can count the times you repeat the long-life mantra:

Om Tare Tuttare Ture
Mama Ayuh Punya Jnana
Pustim Kuru Svaha.

Try to repeat the mantra 100 times or more as you visualize her white rays permeating all life.
