The world can be a frightening place, and many of us face challenges in our everyday lives that test our resolve and call for more courage than we feel we have. Tap into the energy of the summer Sun to recharge your soul's batteries and fire up your courage. Find a private place outside where you can sit under a tree. If you don't have a yard or a nearby wood, try going to a local park when it is quiet. Put your back against the tree and feel the strength of nature. Feel the warmth and power of the Sun. Draw these things inside you and know that you, too, are a part of nature and filled with quiet strength. Say to yourself:

I am the tree,
I am the Sun,
I am goddess (god).

Repeat it until you really feel it!
