Medieval prophet Hildegard von Bingen spoke of the greening power of creation - viriditas. Today, harness your connection to nature to restore vitality, health, and well-being. Should you wish to conceive a child, this day is also auspicious for laying the foundation for such a blessing. Begin with a call to Earth, visualizing the light of the Sun on the horizon as it kisses the ground.
Dissolve this into an image of reflecting pools for Water, and this into dancing flames for Fire. Next, bring your sense of touch alive by imagining the feel of wind on your skin for Air, and finally, reach into space for Ether. Find a single point from among myriad colors on which you can focus. Now, reach beyond this into Source and bring forward your yearning. After a breath, return to the elements, and begin to draw the light of Ether down to Air and so on down to Earth. Realize you are manifesting your intention by re-enacting part of the creation process. Once complete, put your hands in prayer potition at your heart and chant "OM" three times.
