Light It Up Blue for Autism

Color of the day:  Black
Incense of the day:  Geranium

It's World Autism Awareness Day and the second day of "Light It Up Blue," during which many businesses and organizations replace their normal lights with blue ones in order to promote worldwide awareness of autism. In honor of these objectives, and to support the unique challenges of people with autism and those who love them, you might light a blue candle today. Sit comfortably and take some deep breaths.
Close your eyes, and mentally surround our planet Earth in bright blue light. See this light amplifying our understanding of autism and perfectly supporting those to whom it posses special challenges. Think or say something like this:

"I now call on the blue ray of understanding and communication. With gratitude, I see it increasing our understanding of autism so that we can work with it rather than against it and so that the blessings it contains can fully blossom and bless the world."
