Fatherly Forgiveness

Just as each moment and situation can be seen as the perfect trigger for your soul's most ideal unfolding, there is no way your father can be anything other than the perfect father for you. So, regardless of the nature of your relationship on the surface level (whether you know him or not, whether you get along or don't, whether he's living or dead, and so on), the following exercise will bring healing blessings to you, your father, and the world.
Close your eyes and connect with the part of you that completely forgives and is completely forgiven. Then connect with this same aspect of your father. See both your hearts glowing with light. See this light expand to fill and surround both of you. Rmemeber that love is the only truth, and allow everything else-just for the moment-to fall away.
