Freedom Spell

We all carry things that do not serve us and only poison our spirits. Today it's time to cleanse the toxins from mind and body.
On a small table, drape a small black cloth. In the center, place visual representations of your slavery to those guilts holding you captive. Place them side by side, overlapping if necessary. As you do, repeat the following:

"I gave you my power."

When you are done placing items, observe them for a moment, breathing deeply and focusing on the emotions these items represent. Then take salt and make a circle around the items, saying:

"You have no power over me any longer."

When done, observe the items again. Absorb the truth of your freedom. Breathe deeply, exhaling all the toxins from your system. Now gather the cloth at the corners and tie off the bundle with a red string, and throw it in the trash.
