Jupiter Protection Spell

This new moon on Thursday aligns with the Roman god Jupiter, and today also happens to be one of his festivals, Jupiter Stator. This festival commemorates Jupiter's assistance to and protection of Romulus and the Roman army during a great battle when the odds were against them.
Call upon Jupiter during this new moon to bump up the protection around you and your home and family. Do a search online for the Third Pentacle of Jupiter, a seal that protects against physical and metaphysical threats. Alternately use the astrological symbol for Jupiter. Either print the seal on your computer printer or draw it accurately by hand, if you have the skill. Use a glue stick to affix the seal on a royal blue seven-day jar candle. Visualize a shield around your entire house, and call upon Jupiter for protection:

"Jupiter, with your power and might, I call upon you this new moon night.
Shield and protect us and our home against threats of spirit or flesh and bone.
I surround my home with a circle of power, and keep us all safe each day and each hour."

Burn your candle for one hour. You may refresh your magical shield in the future using the candle an hour at a time again, preferably on a Thursday or during a full moon.
