Bless Your Barbeque

A barbeque grill is an extension of your hearth, and some consider it a modern-day cauldron. You'll cook many healthy meals there in the coming months, so why not bless it to infuse those meals with magic? Fire up your grill. Open the vents and get it blazing. Bundle sprigs of fresh rosemary, sage, and basil with some cotton string. Set the herb bundle on the grill above the fire, and close the top of the grill, allowing the smoke from the herbs to fill the grill. Say:

"Herbs of power, herbs of art, I purify and bless this hearth. This cauldron I do consecrate, From flame to fuel, lid and grate. Each meal shall fill with magic and love, I call down blessings from above."

Allow the herbs to burn completely. Now your grill is a blessed outdoor hearth. Use it to nurture magic all summer long.
