One by one, send your stress into the bubble wrap and pop it, dissipating the stress. Feel the stress leaving your body through your fingertips as you pop away. Go ahead and pop every bubble, then take a deep cleansing breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Put the bubble wrap in a brown paper bag and throw it away in your outside trash or recyling. |
