Willow Tree Love Spell

Since this day has long been associated with love and romance, the day itself now carries its own romantic aura that can be tapped into for love magic. A simple spell that you can cast is a bit of natural knot magic. Find a willow tree an lean against it while visualizing your ideal mate (not a specific person, just the type of person you desire) and asking the spirit of the tree to help bring the right person to you. When you feel ready, tie a gentle yet sturdy knot in one of the wispy, long branches, being careful not to break the branch, while saying:

"Let my desire be fulfilled,
Spirit of willow, hear my plea.
Magic knot to bind my will,
Draw forth a love ideal for me."

Thank the willow tree and leave an offering of water or milk, then leave the tree without looking back.
