Burning with Passion

Passion applies to more than just romance. It also provides necessary energy for completing projects, especially creative ones. If you have an assignment for work or school that doesn't enthuse you, here is a spell to help generate excitement for it.
For this spell, you'll need a red candle in a holder and some hot paprika. Etch the candle with a word or symbol that represents your project. Sprinkle paprika in a triangle around the candle. Then light the wick and say:

"Creature of fire,
Heat my desire.
With tool or toy,
Let work bring joy."

Meditate on the energy of fire and the nature of your project. Let the candle burn down in a safe place. If you need a reminder, keep a bit of the leftover wax to carry or incorporate into your project.
