To discover a hidden truth, draw upon a piece of paper an upright triangle with an eye in its center. At the center of the eye inscribe the Os rune (a), which is the rune of Odin, the one-eyed god of magic. Think hard of the person you believe to be withholding the truth from you as you press this charm to your heart, and say:
One-eye watches from his seat,
Fire-eye burns the liar's cheek.
Keep the charm with you, and the next time you meet the person you suspect of lying, ask the question on your mind. You will know whether the answer is true or false.
