Balance Affirmation

Today, focus on restoring balance to areas of your life that may need attention. Balance is a somewhat general term-think about what it means to you and how you can apply it. Do you feel balanced emotionally, mentally, physically, and financially? Do you live in extremes? Once you've targeted your specific need, visualize what balance means in that area.

Use a double-terminated clear quartz point, if you have one. Imagine this as a symbol of balance. You can also use a yin-yang symbol or whatever else appeals to you. Charge the object of your choice with these words and carry it with you:

"Keep me balanced, day to day,
To navigate and make my way.
Keep me steady, keep me true,
In every task that I pursue."
