Living Well is the Best Revenge

We all have revenge fantasies, but it's true that living well is the best revenge. Today, shine forgiveness and compassion on an enemy, or someone you hold a grudge against, by letting your inner light shine. After last night, the longest night of the year, be in touch with your inner darkness. Know your shadow. Today, transform that darkness, lighting a light inside. Ask yourself:

"How can I be happier, safer, healthier, and more peaceful?"

Make a list. Change your mindset. Affirm:

"I am blessed."

Take a small thing from your list and do it. Feel your internal energy shift, magically, with each small step taken toward self-mastery and self-care. Feel your inner light radiating. Shift your attention to someone outside of you, and let your light radiate out to them-lover, family, friend, or even enemy. Say:

"He/She is happy, safe, healthy, and
peaceful. All is well in ____'s world."
