Wish Upon a Star

Whether or not you celebrate Christmas, there is a certain magic in the air on Christmas Eve. Perhaps it is the potential for all those wishes being granted in the morning by a man who resembles the Holly King. Tap into that energy to make some wishes of your own, making sure to open yourself to whatever gifts the universe sends you.

For this spell, you can go outside and wish upon a star, use the star on the top of your tree, or simply draw a star on a piece of paper and then tuck it under your pillow. Light a white candle, if you like, and say:

"Tonight, on this magical mystical night,
I wish for gifts, all shiny and bright,
Gifts for the heart and gifts for the spirit,
I send to the stars in the hope that they hear it."

Then say or think of your wishes.
