Aligning Our Resonance

One definition of the word resonance is "the state of a system in which an abnormally large vibration is produced in response to an external stimulus, occurring when the frequency of the stimulus is the same, or nearly the same, as the natural vibration frequency of the system." We can apply this concept toward greater alignment with our surroundings, connecting our inner power to the land. A charm can be created to tie our personal vibration to that of the land.

For this charm, obtain a stone or some soil from the desired area, placing it in a black-fabric pouch. Add personal items such as hair, saliva, or nail clippings. Hold the bundle, charging it and saying:

"Magical hum of sacred land, my
body responds to your frequency;
this charm is charged by my hand
to strengthen the bond of energy."

Bury the charm or hide it in your home.
