Mirror Work

Monday, moon day, is a great day to work with illusion, emotions, and fertility and to do mirror work, as the silver of the mirror is like the shiny surface of the moon. Combine all of these into a mirrorbased self-acceptance spell.

Look deeply into your own eyes, saying:
"I see all that I am, have been, and can be.
I look at the creases beside my eyes. I live, learn,
and grow from every experience."

Look at the lines around your mouth and say:
"I laugh and smile, enjoying life."

Look at your lips and say:
"I taste the deliciousness
of a life well lived."

Look at your ears and say:
"I hear the words of love,
praise, and affirmation."

Look at the center of your forehead (where your third eye is) and say:
"I honor my sacred spiritual path."

Now take your hands and cradle your face. Then say:
"I am blessed as I am,
worthy and wonderful. Me."
