Knot Worth It Spell

Color of the day:  Blue
Incense of the day:  Patchouli

We've all encountered situations where it's best not to get involved or to which we should not devote any energy. But sometimes staying out of it is easier said than done. Use this simple spell to disentangle yourself from any avoidable trouble.

Take a length of black ( protective) wool in your hands and think of your particular situation. Speak it aloud and tie one loose knot as you do so, seeing it entwined in the fibers. Repeat the process two more times. Slide your fingers over and through the knots; feel how constricting they are. Then untie each one, saying:

"It's not worth it. I want no part of it."

When all of the knots are untied, hang the cord on a tree or bush to be claimed by nature through wind and wood.
