Grow, Grow, Grow

Incense of the day:  Yarrow
 
This is a simple garden blessing that requires a pitcher of milk, a jar of honey, and a hand drum, tambourine, maraca, or other small percussion instrument.

Walk the perimeter of your garden while slowly pouring milk onto the ground, creating a boundary. As you walk, say:

"Blessed by mother's milk,
my garden will grow and flourish."

(In this case, mother's milk refers to the concept of Earth Mother to cow to milk, not a breastfeeding mother.)

Again walk the perimeter of the garden while slowly pouring honey onto the ground, adding to the boundary. This time say:

"Blessed by father's nectar,
my garden will grow in abundance."

The third time around, play your drum or other instrument and chant:

"Grow, grow, grow.
Let abundance flow."

Move to the center of the garden, dig a small hole, pour the rest of the milk and honey into it, and cover it up. This garden blessing will help you sow fertility and abundance.
