Color of the day: Coral Incense of the day: Alder You'll need a sheet of plain white paper, a marker, and a pair of scissors. Using the marker, draw an image of how you think you look now. Cut out the image. Place it where you'll see it every day. When you lose some weight, take the scissors and trim a little off the image, and say: "Layer by layer, off the weight will peel. Soon, a new me shall be revealed." Repeat this every time you lose more weight. Throw away the scraps you cut off immediately. Just keep focusing on your image getting smaller until you reach your goal. |
