It's Baseball Season!

Color of the day:  Gray
Incense of the day:  Lily

Who would have thought the simple act of hitting a rock with a stick would develop into America’s favorite pastime? Who would think watching nine men run around a diamond shape on green grass could inspire such passion, stories, and myths?

Today, take time to remember the favorite games you played as a kid, and take your inner child to a toy store. You need not buy anything. Just have fun looking at toys, puzzles, games, and stuffed animals. As adults, we sometimes need reminding of how important it is to step away from “adulting” and play a game.

If a toy or game calls out to you, by all means buy it! Thank your inner child for being with you, inspiring you. When you get home, put the toy on your altar to remind you that playtime is good for the soul.
