Many people use lavender to alleviate headaches or to create a calming atmosphere. Inhale the aroma of lavender, either by using essential oil in a diffuser, applying it diluted to the skin, or crushing some dried lavender between your fingers. As you breathe in the scent, visualize yourself being calm and centered.

Chant this three times:
Lavender, lavender, bring me peace.
Lavender, lavender, stress decrease.
