Embracing Learning

Color of the day:  Gray
Incense of the day:  Patchouli

This is the time of year when kids go back to school and some folks are heading off to college. Whether or not you are attending any kind of formal classes, it is always good to keep learning. Learning new things helps your brain function, but it also makes you a more wellrounded person. And as Witches, we always want to be learning and growing as we practice our Craft.

Set a goal of learning one new thing every day, or every week, or every full moon. If you aren’t someone to whom learning comes easily, feel free to ask for help. Sit with a book or your laptop (however you plan to find information), and focus on your desire to learn. Then say:

Athena, goddess of wisdom,
Help me to learn and grow.
Show me what I need to know.
