Planting Seeds

Color of the day:  Brown
Incense of the day:  Rue

The thing about gardening is that different seeds need to be planted at different times, depending on the conditions. Spinach and lettuce and peas can go into the ground as soon as it can be worked. Corn and squash like warmer soil. Tomato plants must wait until after the risk of frost is over.

The seeds we plant in our lives are like that too. Depending on the project and the goal, we sometimes have to wait for the time to be right and the conditions to be optimal for success. But it isn’t always easy to tell when that time is. You can use this spell to help with an actual garden or to guide you in when to start an important endeavor:

God and Goddess, tell me
when the time is right,
And the conditions are at their best,
So the seeds I plant may
come to fruition
And bring me my request.
