Gather a white candle and some frankincense incense. Light the candle and incense, placing the incense in front of the candle. Hold the container of sunscreen in both hands and envision that white light is streaming from your hands into the cream. Focus on the idea that the cream, when used, will protect the wearer not only from solar radiation but from harm in all forms. When you feel ready, say:

Deflect danger, neutralize, unwind,

 blocking all harm under the sun.

Extinguish the candle when done.
