For this spell you will need a piece of paper, a pen, and your shoes. Take a moment to write down what it is that you want. You can even draw a symbol or sigil. When you have decided on your intention, fold up the paper and place it under the inner sole of one of your shoes. As you do so, recite this chant:

I cast this magic with my feet.
With each step it is complete.
I put my spell inside my shoe.
I walk with magic through
and through.
