Color of the day: Blue Incense of the day: Rue This is a great ritual to do when you know you want to engage in new self-care practices but you're not sure which ones would be most powerful for you. To begin, relax and call on the Divine. Write the word Home on a piece of paper. Then ask yourself, "What area of my home can I bring into greater harmony?" Contemplate various areas of your home while checking in with your pendulum. When you get a "yes" answer, write the name of that area down. Ask for clarification as needed. (For example, ask whether you should clean, clear clutter, or redecorate.) Next, write the word Body. Bring various health practices and body parts to mind while checking with your pendulum. Continue to check for specifics until you get an obvious and definite hit, like "yoga" or "more sleep." Record what you receive. Write Mind next. Once again, check in with your pendulum about various topics and skills to research, and write down what you get. Finally, write Spirit and look for various practices and modalities you could incorporate into your spiritual path. |
