POSTED UNDER Earth

Stability Spell

Color of the day:  Amber
Incense of the day:  Eucalyptus

It's difficult to watch someone you care about go through difficulty, especially when their mindset is out of control. When someone you know needs some stability but can't seem to manage it, try this simple spell to help them find balance.

Find a stick on the ground that is at least half an inch wide and less than a foot long. Paint or carve the name of the person in question into the wood while visualizing them feeling calm, collected, and rational. Imagine them making good decisions and facing their issues in healthy ways. Take the stick to an isolated outdoor area with soft earth, and push it vertically into the earth as far as you can, anchoring it in the ground. The earth enfolds their name, and stable energy enfolds their life. If you can't find earth soft enough, burying the stick is also fine. Cover it completely with dirt and pack it down.

This spell can be done with your own name if you're the one who is seeking balance.
