Spell: Gypsy Travel Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

The gypsies honor their patron, St. Sarah, on this day. Say this charm to St. Sarah when you are going on a long journey, and she will protect you as she has protected the gypsies for centuries. To start, in a yellow bag place bells, an agate, and a sprig of rue. As you leave home, say:

Traveler, Tartar, Tinker,
St. Sarah, don't you sink her;
Keep me safe in a car; Please let me fly far. Traveler, Tinker, Tartar.

When you return home safely, bury the rue and thank St. Sarah for keeping you from harm.
